Description

The Irish Ale is famous for its reddish color. Is it just the furnishing from the pub, or is it the use of a highly specialized malt mixture? Irish Ale is a pleasure in itself, light malty, sweet and sometimes toasted. In this recipe, the typical Pale Malt has been replaced by a cheeky Vienna malt and supplemented with a mixture of Caramel. Hallertau hops are married to Goldings, and the ale yeast gives the blessing!
