The star student of the the most traditional double bock beer class. This festival beer typically packs an 18% original extract. The Zelebrator has a similar taste but hold stong at 16.5%. Bock beers can range to light to dark but are all very strong in the body and often malt dominated. Thez are not always hoppy, but they are always matured for quite a long time. This stong beer requires a long periood of maturation to smotthen out the intense flavors that initally develop in this brew.
